Father Michael Creagan was born in Japan and grew up in Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the St. Paul Seminary. He was ordained in 1997 by Archbishop Harry Flynn.
He served as parochial vicar at St. Michael and St. Mary, Stillwater (1997-2002), pastor at Sacred Heart, Robbinsdale (2002-2008), and currently serves as pastor of St. Joseph. He also served as an adjunct spiritual director at St. John Vianney Minor Seminary (2000-2014)
He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre.
Father Creagan currently serves as a chaplain for the Army National Guard and has deployed to Kosovo and Afghanistan on NATO peace keeping missions.
